Completed on January 1st, 2010, this state of the art common use fuel storage facility represents a total capital investment of $8 million and provides storage for 3.6 million litres of jet fuel, giving ample aviation fuel storage for airline partners operating out of Hamilton International.
“Ensuring adequate fuel supply is very important to the long term strategic growth of Hamilton International Airport. Further, with expansion capacity for two additional 1.8M litre tanks, Hamilton International is well positioned to handle significant future growth in both the cargo and passenger markets,” says Koroscil.
HAFFC is managed by FSM Management Group, the leading aviation fuel management company in the Canadian airport sector. Currently, FSM manages several airport fuel facilities across Canada including Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax, Calgary and Montreal.
