Holiday Programming at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum

Explore new frontiers at the Museum with fun activities, demonstrations, guided tours, and crafts the whole family will love. This holiday season will be out of the world as the Canada Aviation and Space Museum offers space travel craft activities where you can create shuttle spacecraft, astronaut badges, and more!

When: December 18 to January 3 (closed December 25)

10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Where: Canada Aviation and Space Museum

Aviation and Rockcliffe Parkways


Zoom to the Moon: Listen to a cool story, put on your Space suit, climb aboard your “Space box” and blast off to see the stars before docking at the “Space Station”. (Daily at 11 a.m.)

Spacewalk Obstacle Course: Navigate the Spacewalk Obstacle Course and test your skills as an astronaut!

Assemble Your Own International Space Station: Learn about parts of the International Space Station while assembling the ISS using glue and scissors.

Bits and Pieces: Join this interactive tour and learn about some of our famous flying icons and about Canada’s collaboration in the assembly of the International Space Station.

Test Your Space Mission Knowledge Game: Answer skill-testing questions, and match Canadian astronauts with their respective mission patches and NASA crew badges. Get them all right, and win a chance for a draw for complementary family passes to the Cosmodôme’s Constellation Challenge program in Laval, QC.

You’re in Space: Learn about the technology behind recycling wastewater in Space. (afternoons only)
