On the occasion of Zayed Humanitarian Day, and in support of the Year of Giving, the Excellence, Happiness & Innovation Team within the Operations Division at Abu Dhabi Airports, along

with senior management, distributed Iftar meals to arriving and departing passengers at Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Zayed Humanitarian Day aims to celebrate and remember the values set by the nation’s father, and to continue his drive for compassion, humanitarian and charitable efforts.

Abdul Majeed Al Khoori, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Airports, said: “On the occasion of 19 of Ramadan, which coincides with Zayed Humanitarian Day, Abu Dhabi Airports in cooperation with Takatof distributed Iftar meals to departing and arriving passengers at AUH.  Along with our stakeholders we wanted to spread the spirit of giving and sharing within the airport community. This initiative also emphasizes the humanitarian values that our nation’s father always placed great importance on, and in his honor we continue to strive to be considerate, compassionate and to help others.”

In addition to the Zayed Humanitarian Day initiative, Abu Dhabi Airports is also distributing Iftar boxes to passengers throughout the holy month.
