Company is holding a two-day recruitment event to find 75 Customer Happiness Ambassadors to work across the terminals at Abu Dhabi International Airport. 

On the 17th and 18th July UAE Nationals aged 18 and above are being invited to attend Abu Dhabi Airports’ recruitment open days to discover more about the job role and apply for the position. 

Senior HR management from ADAC will be on hand to explain in detail the work required and will conduct on the spot interviews. Those who are successfully recruited will undergo training at Abu Dhabi Airports’ Gulf Center for Aviation Studies, prior to starting their new roles. 

The recruitment of Abu Dhabi Airports Happiness Ambassadors is aligned with the UAE’s vision of being one of the happiest countries in the world, and its mission to promote a lifestyle of happiness and positivity. 

Successful candidates will be placed on the front line of passenger engagement and will be responsible for helping travelers passing through Abu Dhabi International Airport with their queries, and making their experience as smooth and hassle free as possible. 

Acting Chief Executive Officer Abdul Majeed Al Khoori commented: “Whether arriving, departing or transiting, the first impression of any passenger is the most important one. We want to ensure that all our passengers are greeted with a smile and warm Arabian hospitality, reflective of the welcome they will receive across the whole of Abu Dhabi. We look forward to having these new Customer Happiness Ambassadors onboard and promoting positivity and happiness across our airport.” 

The recruitment days will be on 17th and 18th July at Yas Viceroy Hotel from 9.00am – 6.00pm.
