SkyTrac Systems, the world’s trusted supplier of satcom and flight following systems, is pleased to announce that it will exhibit at Heli-Expo 2012 in Dallas, Texas, February 12th – 14th. Heli-Expo is the world’s largest tradeshow dedicated to the international helicopter community.

SkyTrac Systems will launch multiple new products at Heli-Expo, including a sophisticated new addition to the ISAT-200 family – the ISAT-200A will complement and not replace the ISAT-200. SkyTrac will also unveil a new application to increase smart-phone connectivity in the aircraft.

With the 200A, users can expect added functionality such as flight data and cockpit audio recording to a hardened memory module, aircraft and engine parameters and POTS/DPL connectivity. The 200A has an embedded accelerometer that will report on multiple axis flight parameters. The 200A will be a fantastic addition to the current SkyTrac product line, and provides an option for those users looking for additional connectivity and data.

In addition to product announcements, SkyTrac will be revealing a major technology partnership, and a significant contract win. “SkyTrac Systems is excited to start off 2012 with some fantastic additions to our product line and a very valuable technology partnership,” states SkyTrac President and CEO Kathleen Wallace.

Stay tuned for more details on these announcements!
