Viking Air Limited of Victoria, BC, Canada has finalized a service center agreement with R.W. Martin Inc. of Murrieta, California, welcoming the IKHANA Group Inc. subsidiary as the second Factory Endorsed Service Centre (“FESC”) representing the OEM for the Twin Otter and Dash 7 aircraft.
This agreement authorizes R.W. Martin Inc. to provide world class OEM backed support services for the Twin Otter program with respect to maintenance, warranty work, and Viking recognized modifications. R.W. Martin will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, to standards set forth by Viking.
R.W. Martin Inc. brings 50 years of modification expertise and comprehensive Twin Otter product knowledge to the program, currently supporting the international fleet with various FAA Supplemental Type Certificate upgrades, including RWMI DHC-6-200 Re-Life Wing Box, RWMI DHC-6-100 Wing Life Extension, and DHC-6 Freon Air Conditioning Systems.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of IKHANA Group Inc., R.W. Martin Inc. has become a leader in the development of proprietary data for special mission projects and modifications designed to suit unique customer requirements, with a focus on the DHC-6 Twin Otter.

During the Paris Air Show, Viking announced Altenrhein Aviation in Switzerland as the first FESC for the Series 400 Twin Otter, and anticipates announcing additional Factory Endorsed Service Centers worldwide as Series 400 production progresses and customer deliveries commence.
Viking provides OEM support for the worldwide fleet of de Havilland heritage line of aircraft (DHC-1 through DHC-7), and is part of Westerkirk Capital Inc., a Canadian private investment firm with substantial holdings in the hospitality, aviation and real estate sectors.
