20 airports to receive funding for environmental initiatives WASHINGTON – U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx today announced $6.4 million in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grants for 20 airports nationwide that are taking innovative steps to become more sustainable.
