The Mobile Response Unit, located at FBO Hawthorne Aviation Services will be available between 24 hours each day between February 1 and February 4 offering a vast array of specific line maintenance services including tire replacement, troubleshooting intermittent faults, execution of daily maintenance requirements, minor scheduled maintenance and parts changes. In addition, Embraer Executive Jets will provide dedicated Field Service Representative Jim Doyle along with Customer Service Representative Tom Richardson to assure complete assistance to customers during any possible AOG maintenance situation.
Embraer Executive Jets maintains a global service network of nearly 70 Owned and Authorized Service Centers worldwide.
