AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, is pleased to announce that it has signed a multi-year multi-aircraft agreement with Waypoint Leasing LLC (“Waypoint”) for GrandNew, AW169, AW139 and AW189 helicopters. The agreement signed today at Heli-Expo by Ed Washecka, Waypoint Leasing’s CEO, and Emilio Dalmasso, AgustaWestland’s Senior VP Commercial Business, includes an initial firm contract for four helicopters.

AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, and Mitsui Bussan Aerospace are pleased to announce they have been awarded a contract by the Japan National Police Agency (JNPA) to supply two AW139 twin engine helicopters which will be operated in Hokkaido and Fukushima prefectures. This latest order brings the number of AW139 helicopters ordered by customers in Japan to more than 40.

AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, is pleased to announce two corporate operators, located in the Eastern United States, have signed contracts for AW139 twin engine helicopters. AgustaWestland Philadelphia will build and deliver the two helicopters in 2013 and they will be used for corporate transportation.
AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, is pleased to announce that Wagners Development Company Pty Ltd of Australia has signed a contract for an AW119Kx single engine helicopter. The aircraft, which is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of this year, will be used for VIP/Corporate transport missions in Towoomba, Queensland. This order marks the entrance of the new AW119Kx into the Australasian market.
AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, is pleased to announce the sale of a further VIP-transport configured AW169 light intermediate helicopter in Australia. The contract was signed with an undisclosed customer during the opening day at the Avalon Airshow on February 26th. This order brings to four the number of leading Australian businessmen who have selected the new generation AW169 twin engine helicopter to meet their VIP transport requirement. This latest helicopter will perform its missions in New South Wales.

Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) and AgustaWestland (AW), a Finmeccanica company (FNC IM, SIFI.MI), announced that they have signed a comprehensive teaming agreement to respond to anticipated requests for both the new U.S. Air Force Combat Rescue Helicopter and the U.S. Navy's recently announced program to develop a new "Marine One" presidential helicopter. A U.S.-built helicopter based on the AW101 platform will be offered by Northrop Grumman to meet these requirements.
