Wednesday saw the official launch of the 19th World Route Development Forum which will take place on 5-8 October 2013 co-hosted by Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority (LVCVA) and Las Vegas McCarran International Airport.
The 11th Routes Asia event will take place on 17-19 March in Mumbai, India. With over 600 delegates representing 300 airlines and airports from across the region, the event is expected to match or even surpass last year's record total. Routes Asia is the only annual event designed to facilitate meetings between senior airport executives and airline route decision makers as well as tourism authorities from the entire Asia region.

Routes Americas 2013, which will take place in Cartagena, Colombia from 10-12 February, will see the strongest airline list ever assembled at the event. For the first time, the top 20 scheduled carriers in the Americas will all be in attendance.
The 6th Routes Americas, held by Routes in association with the Latin American & Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA) will commence on February 10th, in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. It features the Strategy Summit, sponsored by the New Quito International Airport, and a stellar line-up of Speakers.
El Salvador was today named as the destination for the 7th Routes Americas event, which will take place in early 2014.
Last year was a record year for Routes with more delegates than ever before attending its World and Regional Route Development Forums, despite the challenging macro-economic climate and considerable headwinds for the aviation industry.
The Routes business today announced a partnership with the Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA), a private, non-profit organization, whose more than 40 member airlines represent over 90 percent of the region's commercial air traffic.
